Hi all

We're currently considering buying a Merlin Rocket (depending on some photos we're waiting on and a viewing the weekend). We've not sailed one before, and are hoping it's not too "tippy" for us.

We've sailed Lark's before (albeit briefly) and RS 400's (of which the Merlin we're looking at is designed by exactly the same guy and is a very similar shape), which are pretty tippy. We've also been in a Gull a few times which can be quite rocky.

Has anyone out there got anything they'd like to add? What is the tippiest boat you've ever sailed? Got any tips for sailing tippy boats?

Maybe we can put together a top 10 of tippiest boats.
